In Multiple Personality, differences among personalities may include visual acuity, handedness, response to drugs, allergies, EEG, cerebral blood flow.
Recent posts mentioned headaches and pseudoseizures in some people who have multiple personality, so I might as well mention some other physical findings that have been documented in some cases.
A person with multiple personality is only one person, but alternate personalities are not pure fantasy. They may have objective, physical differences, and are not all in the mind, so to speak.
